Local Backup Service
We service customers in the greater Southwest Florida area including Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Cape Coral, Estero, Sanibel and Captiva. We'll come to your location and setup everything you need to encrypt and secure your data in our offsite facility.  Once we have the software installed and configured, everything is automatic from there. You don’t have to do a thing. At your business’ pre-selected time, every day (or more often if desired with specialized plan) your selected data will be encrypted, and sent, automatically and safely, to our data center. You will always have access to reports and log files to notify you in the unlikely event that there are any issues during a particular backup.

Security and Encryption
With Data Secure Services, your data is always safe!  Your backup data is encrypted using 256 bit file encryption and stored in our online data backup center in encrypted format.  Your data is always transmitted over a secure connection.

File Compression
Before we transmit your files, they are compressed to save space on our servers and to decrease the amount of time required to transmit them. Compression is completely safe and does not cause any data loss. Since pricing for the data backup service is based on the amount of data stored, this step allows your company to store much more data (usually more than three times the uncompressed amount, depending on the type of data) in an economically sound way.

Reports and Logs
Each night an email report is generated to provide details about that night’s backup including what was backed up, the time it was completed and the storage space used.
