Why should I backup data offsite?
Backing up your business data and then leaving the CD next to the server isn't going to help if there is a fire, hurricane, theft or other disaster. There are also many other ways to lose data. Backing up to a secure, remote location can help ensure that your valuable business data is there should you ever need it.  There is no substitution for your business data; once it is gone, it is gone, so be sure to protect it accordingly.

Definitely! All data is encrypted before it is sent over a secure connection to our secure servers. The data is then stored in encrypted form on our secure servers in our secure data center. Now you know why Secure is our middle name.

Can anyone see my data?
No. Since all data is encrypted the whole way, from transfer to storage, not even employees of Data Secure Services will have the ability to view your data in any readable or identifiable form.

Can I backup multiple computers and/or networks?
Yes, all of our Backup Plans allow for extra computers. Any configuration is possible. For customized network options, contact us.

What if I want to back up remotely more than once per day?
This is an option. Contact us for more details.

Can you keep other versions of my data that are backed up in case I accidentally overwrite a file I need?
